Our priority is the tranquility, comfort and safety of our patients, so we always seek to be more efficient, offer excellent treatment and make the latest technologies available to the diagnosis.


INSTITUTS GUIRADO is a diagnostic center in Barcelona with more than 40 years of history.

Five years ago a generational change was made to the team of radiologists as a commitment to the future.

Since 2018, and as the beginning of a plan focused on diagnostic excellence with the latest technology and attention to the patient and the referring physician, we moved to a center with an area of 1500 m2.


Since our move until now, we have been continuously updating our equipment, being the last acquisition this past year 2020 of:


  • Magnetic Resonance Equipment 3 Teslas complete.
  • Open Resonance Equipment (osteoarticular oriented) with all options.
  • Multidetector Computed Tomography equipment of 160 complete slices.
  • Ultrasound scanner of last generation.



That added to the rest of equipment (CT by ConeBeam, RX - DR, MRI 1.5T) have helped to give an important qualitative leap counting on:


  • Artificial intelligence
  • Low radiation dose
  • Cuts of less than 10 microns
  • Dose control
  • Shorter scanning time



We have our own PACS and a portal, Teler@, for our extensive network of radiologists specializing in all diagnostic areas, and for our referrers.

We have recently signed a partnership with ACPRO to include DoseReport patient dose management software in our centers.
